About the Project
The requirements here were genuinely hard: multiple operating systems, load-balanced and WAF-secured on AWS, several API integrations, a thousand-user base, and detailed gameplay and business analytics — plus the logo, theme, and UX work. A project like this can't be built to a fixed spec; it grows with its players, so we created a process for adding features safely, one at a time.
