About the Project
The Plaza Tavern & Grill came to us with an outdated website they couldn't edit. Rather than hand back another site they'd outgrow, we built a marketing package: new e-commerce revenue, rotating storefront advertising, and a minimalist mobile app — TapGlancer — that lets a busy bar manager run all of it from a phone.
Case Study
The Plaza went from no control of their web presence to managing everything on the fly. The hands-free merch store keeps solid margins, and the new storefront display catches foot traffic in the walkable district they serve. For us, it's a clear example of looking past the brief to the whole business — and it's a package we can now roll out quickly for other service-industry clients.
